Help with your AIVerID.

One account for the Ver* apps (such as VerSketch, VerGolf and VerHoro) and for connecting AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to them. Instead of creating an account in every app, you sign in with AIVerID and approve what each app receives.

On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password and enter the email address of your account. We email you a link to set a new password; it works for one hour. When your password changes, we email you a notice.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us. We will never ask you for your password.

After several wrong passwords in a row, the account is locked for a short while to stop someone guessing it. The sign-in page tells you how many minutes are left. Wait, then sign in again — or reset your password if you are not sure of it.

On aiverid.com your sign-in is kept in the browser tab's session storage, not in a cookie, so it ends when you close the tab. Apps you signed in to with AIVerID keep their own sign-in and renew it while you use them.

The Ver* apps that show a “Sign in with AIVerID” button, such as VerSketch, VerGolf and VerHoro. You can also connect Claude and ChatGPT to Ver* apps with your AIVerID account.

Every time an app asks you to sign in, you see a consent screen listing what it will receive. Nothing is shared before you approve. AI assistants receive only your AIVerID number, your verification level and the permissions you granted — not your name, email or phone.

Sign in to your dashboard. It lists the apps and AI assistants connected to your account; disconnect any of them there. You can also sign out of every device at once.

Disconnecting stops an app from getting anything new. It does not delete what the app already copied — ask that app to delete it.

No, it is optional. Some apps may ask for a verified account before they let you continue; you will then be offered verification during sign-in. The levels are 1 Basic, 2 Verified, 3 Approved and 4 Certified.

You upload photos of the front and back of your ID card and, for the highest level, a selfie. They are stored privately and reviewed by AIVerID staff; Thai national ID requests can be approved automatically after validity and duplicate checks.

We keep only a one-way fingerprint of the ID number, not the number itself. The photos are deleted 30 days after review, at once if you cancel a request that is still waiting, and at once if your account is erased.

Email aivisibilityrights@gmail.com from the address on your account and say what you need. We reply within 30 days. You cannot yet edit your details or erase your account yourself in the dashboard.

• Your password is stored only as a bcrypt hash; your name and any ID card number are encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
• Sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes, expire, and can be revoked. Sign-in follows OAuth 2.0 with PKCE.
• Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and sign-in attempts are rate-limited.

Other details, such as your email address, are not encrypted by our application. Our pages carry no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not sell your data.

Records created with your account. They are entries in our database, not on a blockchain. An app receives them only if it asks for them and you approve.
