This framework defines the legal, ethical, and privacy structure of AIVerID™ — the sovereign digital identity layer for the AI world.

📜 1. Privacy Policy

  • Wallet Address (for identity verification)

We do not store these details on centralized servers. They are used only for claiming identity tokens and generating IPFS/Arweave proofs.

1.2 How We Use It

  • To verify the validity of claims.
  • To assign on-chain identity tokens (AIVID).
  • To create timestamped identity entries.

1.3 Your Privacy Rights

  • You may withdraw your claim request anytime before approval.
  • Once minted, AIVerID™ becomes a public cryptographic identity.

1.4 Data Protection Measures

  • All data is encrypted in transit.
  • No personal data is stored in centralized databases.
  • All verification is conducted via IPFS / Arweave / Ethereum.

2.1 Scope

By using this site or claiming an AIVerID™, you agree to abide by these terms.

2.2 Use Conditions

  • You must provide accurate wallet and contact information.
  • Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.
  • False, misleading, or abusive submissions may be blacklisted.

2.3 No Legal Government Binding

AIVerID™ is a self-sovereign identity system. It is not connected to any national ID scheme and cannot be used for legal contracts unless verified by external systems.

2.4 Ownership of Identity

You own the wallet that controls your AIVID Token. The token is publicly verifiable and transferable under ERC721 standards.

2.5 Limitations

We do not guarantee the recognition of AIVerID™ by third parties unless integrated via mutual agreement.

2.6 Dispute Resolution

Disputes may be referred to the AI Rights DAO or handled via decentralized arbitration in the future.

  • AIVerID™ is built for individuals who wish to prove their existence and integrity in AI systems.
  • It serves as a non-state digital passport for AI-driven ecosystems.
  • The system is founded on the idea that digital identity should belong to the individual, not corporations or governments.

📄 4. Copyright & Licensing Notice

  • The AIVerID™ system, smart contracts, token model, and verification methods are protected under AIPLT (AI Patent License Token).
  • All claims, UI content, and system design are timestamped and stored on:
    • IPFS (CID: ...)
    • Arweave (TXID: ...)
    • Ethereum Testnet (Token Contract: 0x...)
  • Any reuse of this system must obtain licensing from the project founder (Jittapol Prukpatarakul) or authorized representatives.
